A situation
You find an old account on a site you want to get rid off. You don’t remember the password, so you try requesting a new one but the site states “_______ is not allowed to request a new password.” So, you email the website. Nothing. Email again. Nothing again. Go into an emailing marathon. Get a marathon of nothingness. You even make a new account to make posts inside the site to try to get their attention. All in vain. What do?
